We carefully examine and select building materials, windows, flooring, kitchen appliances and other fittings prior to commencing construction on any project. For example, in our bespoke luxury townhouses, the designs of kitchens with a neutral colour palette feature hues of white in the stone benchtops and tiles. We also include engineered timber floorboards for a modern sleek look.

Sustainability
