construction, and delivery. Depending on the scale of the project, it can take from 18 to 36
months. Our due diligence on investment properties with development potential include a
complete checklist of key criteria: development assessment, soil and engineering reports,
valuation, property condition reports, incomes assessment, development feasibility, local
supply and demand factors for the area, neighbourhood assessment, development
guidelines, transport.
